As an Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Advisors, you are an integral member of the Financial Advisor’s team. You work in close partnership with the Financial Advisor(s) in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions for clients; as well as in identifying new business opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of market conditions and global economic outlook.
Job Responsibilities
Advise on portfolio construction including overall asset allocation, tactical shifts and security selection and perform client portfolio reviews on a regular basis in conjunction with or by direction of the Financial AdvisorMarket and implement complex investment solutions in accordance with High-Net-Worth clients’ investment objectivesIdentify and develop new business opportunities from existing client baseAttend product rollouts, ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all JP Morgan Wealth Management products and servicesProvide investment support across a diverse suite of products and applications including, but not limited to; Advisor Services, Wealth Planning & Advice, Goal Based planning, liabilities planning, banking & lending solutions, mortgages and digital offerings through JP Morgan Online and mobile suiteDevelop marketing strategy and builds presentations on behalf of the Financial Advisor(s)Provide Ad Hoc service requests as needed on behalf of the team/clientsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years’ experience in Financial Services industryFINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses upon hire or must be obtained within 180 days of hireBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to be a self-starter and act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proactively identify and delivery appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clientsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Able to adapt and stay abreast of changing technology and regulatory policies Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint and ExcelFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:
