He focuses on building and customizing the user interfaces for IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, particularly those used in ServiceNow or similar platforms. **What you'll be doing** + Responsible for creating, further developing and troubleshooting Interfaces from and to our ITSM System + Create BPMN processes and workflows inside our ITSM System + Design, implement and document integration workflows between the ITSM system and third-party applications + Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications + Participate in troubleshooting sessions and provide support during incidents involving integrations **What you'll bring along** + University Degree/Bachelors’ Degree: Degree in Business information technology, Computer Sciences, Maths or similar + At least 6 years of professional experience in auditing, (IT) management consulting, or corporate IT within a company + Extensive Knowledge in Python + Good knowledge in BPMN Processes and BPMN-based process engines + Good knowledge with REST API (inkl.
