Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our enterprise technology team. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization-wide implementation of ServiceNow, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure and Cloud Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM alignment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and strategic insight to help us build a robust, data-driven IT operations framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Infrastructure and Cloud Discovery initiatives using Service Graph Connectors, APIs, ACC, and Horizontal DiscoveryDesign, implement, and maintain a scalable CMDB aligned with CSDM best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data modeling and service mappingDrive integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systemsSupport the broader ServiceNow implementation roadmap across the organizationProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersDocument processes, configurations, and architectural decisions

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a focus on Infrastructure and Cloud DiscoveryStrong understanding of CMDB architecture and CSDM framework in a large enterprise environmentHands-on expertise with Service Graph Connectors, API integrations, Agent Client Collector (ACC), and Horizontal DiscoveryAbility to work with large datasets and complex IT environmentsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills 1437135_1767791438 To Apply for this Job Click Here
