Cisco trained and certified for Unified Communications, CCNP/CCNA preferred. 3+ years of general network experience including various network protocols. 3+ years of Cisco networking experience including routing, switching, voice, and video. 2+ years of Aruba networking experience including routing, switching (Aruba 8325 Core & access 7240 routers) Strong technical troubleshooting ability. Install and commencement of network build work Validate the configurations as per design Provide LAN Services for client Network Provide wireless Systems support for offices, branch Implement, support and manage WAN security requirements in accordance with client policies Administration / Troubleshooting (Remote Support) Administration of CISCO UCS infrastructure with gateways and expressways Need to visit the branches and support (Hand and Feet support) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience. Experience in Production support is good to have Experience with monitoring tools is good to have Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality, standards and goals are met Perform proactive research and take steps to ensure stable environment operation Good Communication and Analytical skills
