What you will have an opportunity to do:
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for facilities level support for all Hospitality Technology. Lead IT Tech reviews tickets sent by the first level of support to identify the major technical challenges and what solutions they've already tried.
Status: Full Time
Availability: 1st shift. Anticipated start date, January 2026.
Payrate: $25.00
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides first-line support for staff computer use and telephony, including basic connectivity, routine troubleshooting, and interface with corporate IT services and software vendors, but not including corporate network access, corporate applications support, or hardware configuration.
Experienced and knowledgeable technicians assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by IT Tech. If no solution is available, IT Tech Lead support escalates the incident to manager.
Work on complex helpdesk/desktop support issues requiring troubleshooting skills, knowledge of the backend infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions. Use additional resources to help resolve issues.
Maintains a strong and effective working relationship with all property IT, AV, Telephony and Infrastructure support services
Communicate clearly to explain technical solutions to users and collaborate with other IT teams.
Serve as a Peer-Trainer and help with development and training of IT Technicians.

What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year as an IT Tech required. Preferred experience at this location.
Strong IT hotel and F&B systems knowledge and experience required. Infor, HotSos, Invotech, MS Office Suite desirable.
Strong understanding of network topologies, VoIP, LAN/WAN, and peripheral device maintenance.
