Salary Range $28.00 - $33.00 Hourly Description The IT Technician is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and operation of company networking, servers, desktops, and storage infrastructure. The IT Technician will ensure the network and all related equipment are functional to accommodate system users. Responsibilities: + Execution of Company programs and policies that will result in the sound operating condition of all locations computerized systems and equipment + Assists departments with a variety of computer applications and hardware related issues by facilitating the routine use of computer equipment, software, and other systems. + Configures and maintains Microsoft Active Directory. + Ensures the network and all related equipment are functional to accommodate system users. + Support a variety of software. + Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint and Teams. + Performs other duties as required to meet operational needs. Qualifications + 3+ years of related experience; technical and desktop support concepts, practices, and procedures. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Sense of urgency for time sensitive tasks with strong problem solving skills. + High attention to detail.
