Position Summary:
The Warehouse Systems Support Technician provides frontline technical support for operational systems used in warehouse and transportation environments. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as forklift-mounted devices, handheld scanners, and other warehouse technology tools. The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics and distribution activities.

Position Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 technical support for warehouse systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology.Respond to support requests from warehouse and transportation personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in-personTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in warehouse operationsPerform routine maintenance and updates on warehouse technology equipmentCollaborate with operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesEnsure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in warehouse environmentsAssist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systems in the warehousePerforms other related duties as assigned.
