IT Systems Administrator / Associate IT Systems Administrator

Position Summary


The Associate IT Systems Administrator / IT Systems Administrator participates in and/or is responsible for administering system maintenance and configuration based on work direction given by senior level team members. They act as a technical owner of the respective systems they are assigned. They are responsible for operation and maintenance of existing systems and/or infrastructure. They collaborate with users and technical teams to support incident resolution, systems monitoring, and problem analysis. They assist in deployment of system changes and assist senior team members with projects or systems.

More specifically, this RPA (Robot Processing Automation) System Administrator is responsible for platform configuration, user & license management, security, monitoring, and maintenance of the RPA environment to ensure stable, secure, and scalable automation operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Operational Support - Install, modify, implement, document, and maintain system operating procedures and changes. Analyze physical infrastructure systems requirements and performance to optimize installations, future implementations, and systems configuration for stability. Develop scripts and automate routine tasks.Problem Management - Investigate and resolve production incidents and problems involving complex systems. Identify and provide problem identification for production incidents. Identify and resolve production alerts. Provide support for systems testing and validation activities. Participate in/contribute to problem reviews.Communications - Clearly and concisely communicate and record operational status whenever requested. Actively participate in status meetings. Prepare written status reports and responses to customer inquiries. Ensure records and other communications drive awareness and clarity to facts & risks. Participate in meetings/communications with vendor partners.User Support - Provide contextual and technical information to users. Assist users in identifying difficult technical problems and devising solutions. Advise users on available approved technologies. Translate user requirements into technical solutions.
 

Minimum Requirements (Associate IT Systems Admin) - Comp range: $64,100 - $90,967

Two years of related functional experience.Demonstrated strong technical acumen.Experience and demonstrated discipline following protocol for operational support service tracking/ticketing.Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and effectively apply learning.Strong communication skills, effective with varying organizational levels and skill sets.Strong Relationship Management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.

Minimum Requirements (IT Systems Admin) - Comp range: $73,700 - $104,633

Five years of related functional experience.Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.Demonstrated strong business and technical acumen and aptitude.Basic knowledge of one or more core technologies (e.g. Servers, Hosting Platforms, Network Circuits, API's).Detail oriented, with ability to demonstrate strong adherence to procedure and protocol for operational support service tracking/ticketing.Strong communication skills, effective with varying organizational levels and skill sets.Strong Relationship Management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.

Preferred Requirements (both levels)

Familiarity with RPA software such as: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Microsoft Power Platform Experience.Experience with Automation Orchestration.Experience with overall Automation IT Support.Experience with PowerShell.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $64,100.00 to $104,633.00 per year
