**Overall Purpose**
**The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for all ADS computer and network users. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining computer hardware, software applications, network resources, and associated peripherals across the organization. This includes supporting over 30 locations spread out through US & Canada.**
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and manage the ADS Help Desk, including support calls, computer inventory, and software audits. Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in the ServiceNow system.
+ Provide end-user support for Windows 11, Microsoft Office, VPN connectivity, and general hardware/software issues.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, network peripherals, and modems. Assist with server configuration, installation, and maintenance.
+ Install and configure workstations on LAN/WAN environments.
+ Manage new computer deployments, including device setup, documentation, and asset transfer processing.
+ Perform network cabling tasks and assist with network support and server backup operations.
+ Assist with user account setup and ongoing maintenance, including provisioning, security settings, and preference configuration.
+ Order, track, and organize IT inventory including computers, printers, and network-related supplies.
+ Maintain accurate and organized documentation in compliance with ADS Operations Quality Work Instructions.
+ Support the installation or relocation of computer equipment as business needs evolve.
+ Manage and distribute site-licensed software updates to regional offices.
+ Maintain compliance on laptops, workstations, and Azure VMs using Rapid7.
+ Support cloud-based environments including Azure, AWS, and SQL databases.
+ Some travel will be required
+ Complete special projects and assignments as required
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
+ Associate degree in a related field preferred.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience in computer and network support.
+ Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification required.
+ Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple technical tasks and support requests.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
