Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (3 days on site)

Duration: 6+ months. This role will continue to extend with posibility of becoming a permanent position

ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Reset passwords, resolve software and hardware issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.Configure and image laptops and desktops for new and existing users.Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support roles.Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience preferred).Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, software, and hardware issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
