IT Support Analyst

Our client, a leading player in the interactive entertainment industry, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various game studios. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Burbank, CA - onsite

**What's the Job?**
+ Provide local studio IT support for approximately 50 Windows and Mac workstations, troubleshooting all technical issues related to standard desktops and active directory.
+ Deploy workstations and software, managing patches and security updates effectively.
+ Create, maintain, and document procedures related to the Burbank environment and regional IT support.
+ Administer SaaS applications such as Box, Aspera, and Atlassian, along with daily operational tasks related to user management.
+ Monitor and triage support tickets, working with internal IT support staff to prioritize and resolve them efficiently.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of experience in a similar position within a corporate environment.
+ Service Desk experience, such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow.
+ Experience supporting Windows and MacOS, along with SCCM and JAMF.
+ Knowledge of SaaS administration and Office 365 administration.
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team player.
