We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead modernization efforts for our provider network platform. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions within a hybrid cloud environment, supporting enterprise-level initiatives in the healthcare payer space.

Responsibilities

Drive the modernization of the provider network platformSupport enterprise initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systemsWork with legacy systems (IBM Mainframe, DB2) and hybrid cloud environmentsDesign and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with business needsCreate solution sketches and architectural blueprintsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignmentProvide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycleEvaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilitiesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standardsReview business requirements for completeness and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field7+ years in IT architecture or solution design rolesExperience in the healthcare payer industry, including claims processing, eligibility, and provider systemsMainframe experience, including integration with modern platformsCloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutionsExperience facilitating meetings and driving technical discussionsExpertise in API design and integrationKnowledge of data architecture and governanceFamiliarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
