Our client, in Avon Lake, is seeking to add a Level 1 Tech Support position to their team. In this position], you will be part of the customer service department supporting inside and outside customers.
**Job Title: Level 1 Help Desk Support**
**Location: Avon Lake, OH**
**Pay Range: 24.45**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide IT Service Desk support via telephone, email, or remote access
+ Troubleshoot, document, and replicate customer problems and provide resolution
+ Participate in the knowledge creation and maintenance process
+ Perform password changes, account creations and other level 1 tasks.
+ Serve as a back up to Executive Support Analyst
**What’s Needed?**
+ 1-5 years experience in help desk/service desk environment
+ Communication and troubleshooting skills
