GENERAL DUTIES
Project Management & Administration:
Generates support and commitment to new ideas and their implementation.
Ensures assigned projects meet reasonable client requirements.
Effectively communicates project initiatives and change management activities.
Works effectively with vendors, business sponsors, stakeholders in development of sound solutions to business problems.
Operationalize strategic plans with timely execution of project/program deliverables.
Performs data management and analysis.
Facilitates design of Enterprise Project Management standards and methodology.
Expense & Resource Management:
Utilizes department resources/supplies efficiently.
Provides financial decision support and recommends improvements to the business model.
Leads the development and management of operational and capital budgets.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Responsible for directing, developing, and implementing operational projects as assigned.
Provides mentorship and leadership as needed to other staff members of project management team.
Communication & Documentation Support:
Maintains professional communication at all times.
Ensures accountability through timely follow-through and escalation as required.
Other Duties as Required:
Performs other required duties as assigned.
Establishes practices that meet or exceed customer expectations and fosters a customer-focused environment.
Analyses and assesses present and future needs, trends, challenges, and opportunities related to hospital operations.
Participates in strategic planning for designed areas.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required: 5 years of experience managing multiple, highly complex projects that are high profile in nature.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Master’s Degree
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Certification Name: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Required
Issuer: Project Management Institute (PMI)
Licensure Speciality: Certification
