Job Summary:
IT Quality Assurance manager role is responsible for the overall Quality Assurance team effectiveness and development and maintenance of proficient QA practices and processes across the IT solution delivery to various clients. This role is required to be champion and gatekeeper of the quality control to ensure the end-result meets the design and requirements expectations of the business experience in the quality control. The ideal candidate is high-energy, reliable, and a business value-driven professional whose expertise and strong leadership skills will be necessary for the continuous improvement in the solution delivery goals.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferredExperience:
Five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance for IT or professional services organizations, required Two (2) years of experience in managing QA, UAT teams within IT or professional services organizations, required Strong experience with writing test plans and executing automated testing to include functional, smoke, regression, load, negative and mobile strategies, required Strong understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches, preferred Adaptable to fast-paced changing industry practices, preferredLicense/Certifications:

Illinois Range: $100,000 - $140,000
