IT Quality Assurance Lead

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by embedding quality at every stage of the lifecycle. **Your role:** + Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for IT projects, ensuring adherence to EC standards and best practices. + Establish and maintain quality control processes to identify and address defects and deviations throughout the delivery life cycle. + Continuously assess and enhance existing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and monitor the impact on overall quality. + Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in IT processes and systems. + Develop risk mitigation strategies and work with project teams to integrate risk management into the project life cycle. + Define/Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to measure the success of IT projects. + Generate regular reports for management, highlighting quality trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. + Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with defined policies, EC/industry standards, and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions. + Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the awareness of quality standards and best practices among IT teams. + Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across IT teams. + Evaluate and monitor the quality of deliverables from other service providers. **Why NTT DATA?** We value a **collaborative** and **supportive** environment, celebrating **curiosity** and **engagement** We are committed to supporting the physical, financial and emotional well-being our of employees **Career development.** Training path and access to learning opportunities, yearly performance reviews and a mentorship program **Talent Friends.** Refer a friend and receive a **bonus** when they join **We care about you** **Health & well-being.** Focus on your mental health with access to a platform with certified psychologists & mental health workshops.
