IT Quality Assurance - Accessibility Tester
Our client is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** IT Quality Assurance Analyst **Location:** REMOTE **What's the Job?** + Test complex products and systems using industry accepted techniques and methodologies. + Create, modify, or maintain test assets needed for effective project or product testing. + Analyze product requirements and risks to determine test scope and estimate testing effort. + Identify issues and defects that impact testing or product quality and communicate to stakeholders. + Coach and provide on-the-job training to others on various testing topics. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. + Experience with Accessibility testing and technical knowledge of REST API, Openshift, AWS and BlazeUI. + Experience testing SQL and nonSQL database. + Experience with Parallel testing, multiple system integration, volume testing + Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication skills to present information to a variety of audiences. + Preferred skills and experiences:• Insurance knowledge and experience in testing Property Insurance• Experience managing & maintaining Test Asset (Test Strategy, Test Strategy Workbook, Test Plans)• Experience managing and maintaining Risk Catalog• Understanding of Risk Based testing• Defect reporting & management• Experience creating effective and efficient test cases and charters• Experience with SDLC & Agile project methodology• Experience with ADO• Experience with Accessibility testing using WCAG standards & Assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS) **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment. + Collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives. + Professional development and coaching opportunities. + Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance. + Engagement in meaningful work that impacts the organization and its clients.
