About the Role

Join our Kraków team as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering IT and business projects within global digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ERP integration stability and collaboration between IT and Finance teams.

Your responsibilities

Manage projects through the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports.Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestone delivery.Collaborate with IT and Finance on ERP integration and process improvements.Escalate issues and manage change effectively.

Our requirements

Proven experience in IT project management (ERP experience preferred).Familiarity with development teams and IT product release cycles.Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.Self-driven, proactive, and able to escalate issues promptly.Availability for business travelFluent in English.

Nice to have:

PMP or Agile certifications.Knowledge of SAP and Radius.Experience in IT projects for Finance.Background in manufacturing or packaging industry
