Overview

The Project Manager will work on projects to evaluate Company's current Information Technology systems, structure, processes, and practices, and improve and implement changes to increase efficiency and allow us to provide better service to our customers. Using quantitative and qualitative measurements, this position analyzes data to evaluate the effect of the changes and to ensure anticipated outcomes are achieved.  

Responsibilities Plans, directs, and coordinates team(s) activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage and plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the projectLeads the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plansDetermines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources, and project riskIdentifies and assembles the appropriate blend of talent and additional resources to meet project needs and requirementsFormulates contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirementsControls project requirements, scope, and change management issuesMeets with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues. Develops, proposes, and negotiates project proposals, quotations, and add-ons to leadership and project teamMonitors and evaluates quality of performance and product from all work within scope of responsibilitySelects and applies appropriate tools to accurately estimate and plan the work of teams or project groups within agreed policies. Produces work plans according to required standards. Works with colleagues to produce/recommend/develop long-term plansMatrix manages cross-functional suppliers (i.e., internal Information Technology, outsource partners, contractors, third-party consultants) in delivering solutionsMonitors and reports on the progress of the resolution of high impact problems according to established standardsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree is a plusPrefer five plus years of Information Technology related enterprise project management experienceExperience managing HR/Financial systems projects preferredPMP Certification preferred About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
