Our banking client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project plan creation and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization. Very strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint is critical; exposure to / knowledge of ServiceNow is needed. Looking for candidates coming from other banking environments.
**Job Title:** IT Project Manager
**Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid)**
**Pay Range:** $55-56/hr W2
(Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors in any way; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements across cross-functional teams.
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and risks.
+ Coordinate transformation and migration of legacy knowledge documents into the unified ServiceNow platform.
+ Facilitate working sessions and issue resolution forums with technical, operational, and business support teams.
+ Deliver clear, data-driven updates and presentations to internal sponsors and executive stakeholders.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale knowledge management or document transformation projects.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including strong command of formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data models, and dashboard creation.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to build clear, compelling executive presentations.
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise knowledge base structures.
+ Skilled in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
