Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various innovative initiatives. **What's the Job?**
+ Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
+ Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
+ Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
+ Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
+ Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
+ Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
+ Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
