**This position will:** + Work independently and as part of a team with colleagues, leadership and matrixed business partners. + Management Lead Analyst is responsible for the governance processes associated with technology project delivery for the Finance Technology organizations supporting the delivery of a multi-year technology modernization project. Responsibilities include elements of project management, status tracking, communication with workstreams and internal/external stakeholders, content development to support communications, documentation of project artifacts, and facilitation of training and testing events. This individual will work with users, technology and development teams, business workstream leads and other project team members and workstream teams **Responsibilities:** Program Management Lead Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Content creation to support Kick off meetings for project initiatives and other communication material, + Management of documentation on SharePoint and other project tools (Jira/Confluence) + Collaborate with Project Managers and workstream leads to create, maintain and monitor project plan + Collaborate with Project Managers and technology partners to create and maintain cutover and transition planning; support monitoring of cutover activity status. + Execute / administer program and governance management process inclusive of progress status reporting, risk and issue tracing and change control management. + Create governance committee materials. + Create broad communication materials for extended stakeholder teams + Support the administration and monitoring of Hypercare periods and performance relative to KPIs; may include routing issues and inquiries to appropriate subject matter experts + Be responsive to stakeholder inquiries regarding process and outcomes of the governance committee + Assist leadership in day to day administrative and management activities **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with IT, Finance or HR **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing + Excellent presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint + Good knowledge in using Excel, Word and Outlook + Ability to work and design SharePoint and Confluence pages + Ability to resolve conflict (striving for win-win outcomes); ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity + Ability to deal with organizational structures including ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively. + Strong Influencing skills (sound business and technical acumen as well as skilled at achieving buy-in for delivery strategies) + Stakeholder management (setting and managing expectations) + Technical background in a variety of disciplines (Cloud/SaaS/PaaS, AI, Databases, Infrastructure) + Analytical skills, Highly Focused, Team player, Versatile, Resourceful + Ability to learn and apply quickly including ability to effectively impart knowledge to others. + Effective under pressure + Precise communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working for and supporting + Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects/initiatives within agreed upon parameters while achieving the benefits and/or value-added results. + Demonstrated core project management skills including project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, resource planning, financial management, etc. + Experience with Agile delivery methodology + Desired Tool Experience & Project Practices: Microsoft Suite, Agile, Jira, Saviynt **Equal Opportunity Statement:** _Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations._ **About Evernorth Health Services** Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
