Job Description:\nThe IT Project Lead will serve as the ISaaS Technical Director and Team Lead, responsible for the overall management, implementation, and performance of the SCOR 43 program. This individual will act as the primary point of contact with FBI representatives and ensure the successful execution of all program objectives.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage all teams within the ISaaS program, ensuring alignment with FBI policies and objectives.\nOversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with performance standards.\nDevelop and implement Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.\nSupervise and train personnel, ensuring team readiness and adherence to FBI security requirements.\nPerform risk assessments, identify business threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks to systems and data.\nUtilize the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to manage information security incidents and ensure compliance.\nCollaborate with FBI teams to enhance security operations and response capabilities.\nPrepare and deliver program reports, including financial forecasts and performance reviews.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelors degree and 9 years of relevant experience OR Master's and 7 years of experience. \nExtensive experience in IT project management, preferably in federal cybersecurity programs.\nExpertise in NIST RMF, FISMA compliance, and federal security standards.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain SCI access.\n\nEstimated Location:\n\nNCR (J. Edgar Hoover Building): Primary location for program management and coordination.\n\n
