**NTT Data Greece** team is looking for an **IT Programme Manager** in Athens to work with our clients in the **European public sector.**
As IT Programme Manager, you will be responsible for **overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of IT projects** that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role ensures that all projects within **the programme are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget** , while **managing interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations** .
**Your role:**
+ Define, plan, and manage IT programmes consisting of multiple interrelated projects.
+ Align programme objectives with business strategy and ensure delivery of expected outcomes.
+ Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and business analysts.
+ Monitor programme performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
+ Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across all projects within the programme.
+ Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery.
+ Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
+ Communicate regularly with executive stakeholders, providing updates and strategic insights.
+ Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery methodologies and tools.

**Your profile:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme management.
+ Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
+ Experience with digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system rollouts.
+ Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes.
+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe).
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
+ Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
+ EU citizenship is required.
