Ability to create executive-level presentations with experienced in written communications for executive reviewsAbility to demonstrate strategic mindset by analyzing data and presenting it a manner that satisfies needs of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior managementProficient in independently defining and implementing strategy with mastery of both written and oral communication and be able to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectivelyMust be analytical in problem-solving and decision-making and be comfortable in defining and implementing data driven decision-making processesIndividual contributor handling own set of deliverables with additional ability to manage small team of individual contributorsOvercomes obstacles by self-identifying alternatives, developing useful multiple alternative solutions concurrently, and converging on a selected alternative once obstacle has been clearedDrive and assist to successfully plan, manage and execute the priorities and a variety of initiatives defined for the business unitThese skills will help you succeed in this role with MUST and NICE to have skills:
Skills in strategy and planning in a large technology setting required. Prior experience in financial services preferred. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communications skills with evidence of successfully managing a team responsible for relevant functions. Ability to identify what is needed and find ways to implement positive change with limited oversight. A keen eye for process.Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience with part of experience in management consulting preferably covering financial services.Good Exposure to Technology strategy and related topics such and workforce, talent, capability and global delivery modelsExperience in managing strategy and program office of CIO is a plusBachelor’s degree in technology / ManagementMaster’s in Business Administration (Desired)Strong analytical background, with a keen inclination to solve problems. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, tableau, SharePoint)Strong communications skills, written and verbal. Very good presentation skills.Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of workHighly proactive person who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignmentsExperience working in a global environmentBroad knowledge and interest in technology and financial servicesExperience with organizational changeAdditional requirements:
