Daily Functions
Architecture & Engineering Review Board (AERB)Schedule and facilitate regular AERB review sessionsAdvise technical leads on presentation requirements and review readinessMaintain Confluence documentation for architectural decisions and standardsProgram Delivery OversightMonitor team roadmaps and delivery milestonesIdentify blockers and risks impacting deliveryConduct root cause analysis when teams miss objectivesProcess ImprovementLead ServiceNow workflow optimization for requirements managementIdentify and implement process improvementsStakeholder Communication & GovernanceWeekly meetings with division leadership (technical strategy and program status)Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) - delivery health and risk reportingBi-weekly PMO sessions - program alignment and cross-cutting concernsTranslate technical issues into executive-level communicationsMetrics & Program AnalyticsTrack AWS cost metrics for optimization opportunitiesMonitor Jira velocity metrics to assess team delivery healthManage pilot programs (completion-based contract pilot, AI implementation pilot)Gather and analyze pilot data for program decisionsTechnical AdvisoryServe as technical advisor to division leadership on strategic initiativesParticipate in executive meetings requiring deep technical expertiseBridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Years experience: 11 years related experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
