This role demands a results-oriented professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of influencing teams and contributing to significant cost savings and efficiency gains. **What you'll do** + Execute contracting activities for complex sourcing initiatives, including RFx development and negotiations. + Manage and optimize strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and ensure compliance. + Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies for procurement processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable sourcing plans aligned with category strategies. + Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. + Prepare and present comprehensive reports on contracting performance, procurement activities, and cost savings to senior leadership. **What you'll need** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. + 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years specifically in IT categories. + Proficiency with procurement systems such as Zycus and Coupa, as well as Excel and Power BI. + Demonstrated ability to indirectly motivate teams and manage multiple job disciplines. + Strong analytical and negotiation skills. + Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, combining remote and on-site work. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
