Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Scrum Master
**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week)
**Pay Range: Market Rate**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and manage multiple projects utilizing various methodologies to deliver desired business outcomes.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as their advocate throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques for effective completion.
+ Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
+ Facilitate regular meetings to review project progress, document minutes, and track action items.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of End-to-End Project Management experience.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results independently.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Familiarity with SAFe Lean-Agile methodology and Jira is a plus.
