Responsibilities:

Service Management: Skilled in Problem and Incident Management, RCA, and Ticket Analysis for deskside equipment. Manage SLA and SLO with IT partners.IT Operations & Service Delivery: Coordinate Site IT Operations and support global projects, including automation and site-specific actions.Account Management: Oversee account onboarding, ramp planning, and client requirement capture. Collaborate with solution teams for implementation.Technical Expertise: Experience with end-user devices (Desktops, Laptops, Hard Phones, Wi-Fi), focusing on both hardware and software troubleshooting.ITIL-Based Framework: Resolve IT tickets, ensure compliance with COPC and ISO 27001, and support CNX and client infrastructure.Security & Compliance: Ensure site security and compliance, manage Local DNS/DHCP/File servers, and handle off-site tape movements.Communication & Troubleshooting: Address high-impact issues, provide updates, validate inventory, and review tickets with dashboards.Reporting: Report directly to the Manager of IT Operations and work on-site.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of network configurations, server management, and software troubleshooting.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across various IT departments.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Customer Focus: Commitment to providing excellent service and support to users and clients.
