Job Description:

We are looking for someone with diverse skills and a strong background in application and network access provisioning to carry out a broad range of operational service and support assignments. You'll join others in environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance and incident management, as well as Access Management provisioning and support activities. Here are the essential job functions of this position:

Support provisioning Network and Application access for all U.S. AMCB Retail, Call Center and Back Office Users. Meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk.Assist Access Management IT Operations Manager in daily operations of department.Assist in cross training Access Management Administrators on new provisioning processes.Assist in high profile Projects for T.D. Bank. Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.Assist Access Management IT Operations Manager on Internal and External Audit cycles. Assist in providing evidence.Provide effective, day-to-day applications and network access support.Provide quality service and solutions consistent with objectivesEffectively handle incident management

Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution.

Depth & Scope:

Provides customer service support to clients or guidance to more junior team members on a broad range of complex or escalated issuesPrioritizes and assigns problems and service issues to the front line team appropriate to level of service impactedCo-ordinates problem resolution and the implementation of all changes and enhancements, ensuring adherence to change processesVerifies the quality of problem resolution, changes and enhancements, and monitors trendsMay provide basic research, maintenance, administration and/or support of systems/applications

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate1+ years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of IAM principles and policies such as separation of duties, access certifications and governance in a complex global enterprise environment.Comfort level working with T.S, Business Partners and vendors.Ability to work on moderately complex tasks under management guidance and supervision.Experience with SailPoint or other Identity Management System.A very good knowledge of Power Shell commands and scripting.A working knowledge of identity Automation processes. Previous experience is preferred.Very good technical writings skills. Must be able to document processes in explicit detail.
