Responsibilities:

Assist end users with general computer operation and desktop application questions.

Troubleshoot and resolve PC problems of moderate complexity, examining OS configurations and application software.

Support the installation and configuration phases of desktop computer equipment.

Provide telephony support, assisting with installation and troubleshooting.

Participate in hardware and software upgrades for equipment and infrastructure.

Support the maintenance of facility wiring systems and infrastructure.

Help maintain accurate records and support inventory management for hardware/software.

Generate network services reports and assist in operational status advice to management.

Participate in moderate to complex projects under guidance.

Perform preventive maintenance and technical support duties as required.

Support problem resolution through collaboration with internal/external teams.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer operating systems and application software.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to IT projects and daily operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Flexibility to work independently and within a team to handle routine tasks.
