This role provides leadership to the local IT Services team and acts as the primary IT partner for the business, while aligning with regional and global Paramount IT teams. **What will you be doing?** **Responsibilities:** + Full ownership of Incident, Problem, and Service Management related to end-user, workstation, and application environments + Line management, coaching, and development of the Desktop Support / IT Services team + Ensuring IT services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience expectations + Planning, prioritization, and successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives, in line with Paramounts technology strategy + Close collaboration with International, North American, and Global IT teams + Accountability for the stability, performance, and security of workstation and end-user environments + Vendor and supplier management, including contract oversight + Budget ownership and cost control for IT Services + Ownership of IT documentation, processes, and knowledge repositories + Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders + Driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation **What are we looking for?** + 3-5 years of experience in IT Services or IT Support roles, preferably within international organizations + Proven people-management experience + Strong hands-on understanding of end-user computing and workplace technology + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and/or Intune) + Experience working in mixed OS environments (Windows and macOS) + Understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices + Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus **Does it sound like you?
