Detailed Job Description:

Leading and managing Microsoft D365 implementation from client place. Discuss and guide client Business and IT team. Manage UAT support, Data migration, Cutover, Deployment, Golive and Hypercare. Work with both Infosys onsite and offshore team to complete deliverables on time. Recommend best practices and be assertive. Drive meetings with client IT and business 8-10 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics AX (D365 FO, 2009, 2012) implementations 8-10 years of experience with Full Life-Cycle Microsoft Dynamics Implementations 3-5 years of experience with DevOps, JIRA (nice to have) Exposure of migrating large volume of data from DAX 2009 to D365 FO Good experience of creating owning cutover and deployment plans Exposure of phased rollout D365 implementations for various client sites Good exposure to Finance/Manufacturing/SCM domains and industry knowledge Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them Good at client interactions, able to set manage stakeholder expectation Good presentation and communication skills Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model Travel as needed
