IT Lab Integration Expert

As a key contributor, you will take ownership of critical integration topics across laboratory equipment and digital systems. You will guide and influence how we respond to evolving business needs, ensuring our laboratories are equipped with robust, future‑ready digital solutions. **Tasks and Responsibilities** + Collaborate closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver and enhance IT systems that support operational excellence, productivity, and innovation. + Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to the design of improved or new processes - such as user onboarding journeys, demand handling, or lifecycle governance. + Contribute to the development and implementation of automation initiatives, using appropriate tools and technologies to streamline laboratory IT processes. + Ensure all integration activities adhere to GxP requirements and internal compliance standards, fostering a culture of quality and audit readiness. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution of integration projects. **Requirements** + Degree in IT, engineering, life sciences, or a related field with several years of relevant experience in IT, laboratory environments, or digital integration roles. + Practical experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry; familiarity with GxP environments is highly desirable. + Experience with validation and regulatory expectations in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries. + Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively drive activities forward. + Strong stakeholder management capabilities, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. + Practical software development and programming (e.g., scripting and application development). + Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. \#IamBoehringerIngelheim because… We are continuously working to design the best experience for you.
