Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of the Corporate Software Services IT organization supporting global digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Engineer
**Location:** Raleigh, NC
**Pay Range:** $67.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID.
+ Manage identity lifecycle processes, authentication and authorization models, and role-based access frameworks.
+ Implement and maintain security and compliance configurations including Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and data protection controls.
+ Drive optimization initiatives across the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, ensuring performance, reliability, and secure adoption at scale.
+ Support global cloud-first transformation projects and contribute to enterprise infrastructure strategies.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, identity and access management, cloud security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
+ Strong background in operational support, platform optimization, and implementation of security and compliance controls.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and related security frameworks.
+ Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation for platform management.
+ Excellent incident management, problem-solving skills, and ability to develop technical documentation and governance models.
