**We are looking for:**
+ A dedicated and detail-oriented Time Specialist to manage and support our Workforce Software and Employee Central (EC) Time solutions. In this role, you will ensure seamless time tracking, compliance with local and global requirements, and continuous improvement of time management practices
**We count on you for:**
+ Time Management Operations: Oversee end-to-end time tracking processes in Workforce Software and EC Time, ensuring accurate capture of working hours, absences, and leave in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
+ Run/Support Activities: Provide day-to-day support for time management systems, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and managing support tickets to ensure business continuity
+ Change Management: Evaluate and implement time management-related change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
+ Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of time data through regular checks, reconciliations, and reporting
+ Documentation: Maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials for time management processes and system changes
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline time management processes, leveraging technology and best practices
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored time management solutions
+ Project Support: Participate in time management-related projects, including system upgrades, new country rollouts, and process improvements
+ Software Releases: Monitor, assess, and implement relevant Workforce Software and EC Time releases and updates, ensuring system compliance and leveraging new functionalities

**You will bring:**
Education and experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Proven experience in time management systems administration and support, preferably with Workforce Software and SAP SuccessFactors EC Time
+ Strong understanding of time tracking, attendance, absence management, and related compliance requirements in a multinational environment
+ Experience in providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues
+ Familiarity with system configuration, maintenance, and release management for time management solutions
+ Experience participating in system upgrades, rollouts, or process improvement projects is a plus
+ Experience with HRIS or payroll systems integration is an advantage
+ Knowledge in Time Solutions like Primion, Kronos, Dormakaba are a plus

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
