IT Field Support Technician - Warehouse

Job Description
Provide on-site IT support for the Distribution Center and remote support for users. This role supports warehouse operations, end-user technology, and warehouse systems while ensuring timely incident resolution and high-quality customer service. Flexibility is required to support distribution center hours, including peak seasons and occasional overtime or weekends.
Daily responsibilities will include monitoring the IT ticketing system, logging new requests, assigning tickets when necessary, providing timely updates to end-users, and closing tickets once issues are resolved. The role also involves setting up new equipment such as Windows PCs, Mobile Phones and tablets for new hires, including installing required software, configuring user accounts, and ensuring devices are ready for day-one use.
In addition, the candidate will assist with the retrieval and return process of user equipment when employees transition roles or exit the organization, ensuring all hardware is properly accounted for and prepared for redeployment.

Skills and Requirements
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years of IT support, help desk, or field support experience.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or similar certifications a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• A/V support experience a plus.
• Flexibility to support distribution center hours, including peak seasons, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including occasional use of scissor lifts and working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and troubleshoot physical hardware.
• Reliable transportation required. Happy to work alone and in an environment that requires self-sufficiency
