We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Executive to manage and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products, IT peripherals, and system deployments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft client operating systems, O365 applications, and endpoint management tools like Intune. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to support both local and overseas users.Key Responsibilities:• Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, O365, MS Office, and business applications.• Manage and troubleshooting O365 services such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.• Automate IT operations tasks, including device provisioning, software deployments, patch management, and routine troubleshooting.• Implement and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate IT processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload. Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT peripherals, including Laptop, thin clients such as VDI, laptops, printers, and scanners.• Handle migration and deployment of laptops as per company standards.• Provide remote IT support for overseas customers using tools like MS Teams and Windows Remote Assistance.• Perform laptop security maintenance, antivirus updates, and patch management.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and introduce automation where possible.• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve IT issues efficiently.
