Role Overview

The IT Device Engineer will support UST’s enterprise device ecosystem by improving deployment workflows, enhancing self‑service provisioning, and ensuring a smooth end‑user device experience. This role is fully onsite in London and requires strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities Enhance device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management processes. Develop and test improvements for Self‑Service Provisioning. Gather and interpret end‑user feedback via surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Collaborate with global technical and business teams on device engineering initiatives. Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation for device and endpoint services. Provide training and guidance to users across technical and non‑technical teams. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. Experience managing large multi‑platform enterprise device fleets. Strong working knowledge of Workspace ONE and/or Microsoft Intune. Experience collecting and analyzing end‑user feedback. Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with Cursor AI and scripting for automation. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
