IT Delivery Team Coach / Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Moog’s Industrial Group is seeking a collaborative leader for the role of IT Delivery Team Coach / Agile Coach (m/f/d).

You will serve as the servant leader for one or more IT Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring they operate as a cohesive unit and meet objectives. Teams work in a bimodal environment - using agile and non‑agile approaches depending on project requirements - with an initial focus on planning and monitoring plan execution. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other IT Delivery Team Coaches to coordinate product delivery and align team activities. Your professional development will be supported through company‑sponsored training and industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to keep teams focused on on‑time delivery of agreed solutionsEncourage full participation and empowerment of team members within defined roles and responsibilitiesEnsure the iterative development process remains focused and controlledManage team‑level risks and issues; escalate to the Project Manager and RTE as neededMonitor daily progress for all team activitiesCommunicate team progress and impediments to the Project Manager and RTERun team events that are time‑boxed and aligned with best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of applicable experienceExperience managing and updating work plansProven experience coaching and mentoring team members in agile practicesFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools is preferredStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks
