Scope of the role

IT Business Analysts in Agile are responsible for collaborating closely with product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to refine and clarify requirements, ensuring that user stories and PBIs are well understood, value-driven, and ready for implementation. They also help align solutions with business goals by facilitating backlog grooming, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting continuous feedback and improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Minimum years experience required

+5 years of solid experience as an IT Business AnalystExperience with project tracking tools and reportingStrong communication skillsAdvanced English level Scrum and Agile methodologiesExperience with Azure ADO
