IT Business Analyst (MS Support)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and IntuneAdminister user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShellMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availabilityConfigure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP)Document procedures, configurations, and best practicesProvide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationDeep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDriveExperience with Entra AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365Familiarity with compliance tools like eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit logsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Skills

Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange or AD)Knowledge of ITIL practices and change managementFamiliarity with third-party M365 management tools
