Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone! **Role Summary:** The Staff IT Auditor will report to the Manager, IT SOX and assist in execution of IT SOX Plan . **Responsibilities:** + _Assisting in organizing and execution of controls and dependencies for SOX governed applications._ + _Testing of IT applications controls, dependencies testing and interfaces._ + _Evaluate IT General Control deficiencies for impact and perform risk assessments and root cause analysis to determine appropriate management actions. Monitor management’s associated remediation efforts to closure, including review of supporting evidence._ + _Create and maintain supporting documentation for SOX compliance testing;_ + _Collaborate with other team members to plan and work on relevant workpapers and deliverables._ + _Perform periodic testing/assessment of internal controls._ + _Participate in key business process reviews and new implementations, providing guidance on internal controls._ + _Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organizational skills_ + _Advanced English – Ability to conduct business globally with stakeholders_ + _Experience with SOX IT general control testing and auditing various systems and technologies including SAP_ + _Experience with information technology regulatory requirements, best practices and risk assessment methodologies_ + _Ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues and tasks easily._ + _Awareness of requirements related to internal controls over financial reporting as set forth by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 and the COBIT controls framework_ + _Ability to travel 0-30%, both internationally and domestic_ **Requirements:** + Certifications are highly preferred (CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA, CISSP) + 3-4 years relevant experience + _Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 1 year experience in IT SOX Audit._ + _Excellent people skills and is flexible in adapting to fast changing situations._ + Ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment, deliver quality product and work well in a dynamic team environment; + _Experience collecting and analyzing complex data and drawing logical conclusions._ + _Advanced Excel skills_ + _Candidate must be able to function independently under general supervision_ + _Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an added advantage._ + _Workiva experience is a plus._ + Previous experience in industry (preferred manufacturing) would be considered a plus. + Foreign language(s) are a plus: Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, etc. Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
