Job SummaryS.A. Comunale is seeking an IT Assistant to support the Corporate office.
The IT Assistant’s role is to facilitate maintenance of all hardware; install, maintain, and support software loaded on personal computers and Local Area Networks (LAN); perform moves, adds, and changes as necessary. The employee will interact with users daily to facilitate support with any and all aspects of software, hardware, connectivity, etc. The IT Assistant will report directly to the Director of Information Technology, who will determine and direct all priorities for the employee.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manages inbound and outbound deliveriesUpdate inventory system to ensure it is accurateAssist in organizing and updating documentation for the IT TeamProvide operational management to include day-to-day operation, maintenance and problem resolution for all computer systems, equipment and software. Ensure conformance to established Company policies, procedures, and standards.Work with end users to identify and deliver required service levels.Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users. Receive and respond to incoming calls, support tickets, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or other hardware problems and coordinate appropriate resources for resolutionSchedule PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.Support and troubleshoot Androids, iPhones, IPads and Printers. Assigned duties from IT supervisor and/or IT Director. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.Strong customer service skillsProven skills in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft standard software (Office / Teams / Etc) is required.
