The Opportunity:
IT Asset Management
Bangalore, KA
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Act as escalation point for complex issues relating to end user device replacement
· Manage the global asset reclamation for End User Device replacement working closely with our internal Finance & HR depts.
· Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our suppliers and Partners
· Develop and maintain a clear reclamation strategy ensuring end user devices are replaced with minimal user disruption
· Produce regular reports for Senior leadership showing progress against targeted refresh and the recliam of old assets.
· Disposal of old assets ensuring that industry and standards are met to ensure the integrity of company data.
· Working closely with the deplyment co-ordinator to help maintain the Global refresh budget.
Required Skills & Qualification
· B.Com graduate with Industry Certification: ITIL Foundations (helpful)
· 5 years of experience working in a project co-ordination and Asset Management role (required)
· End user device knowledge and experience working with suppliers and vendors (required)
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (required)
· Patience, positivity, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to end-user satisfaction (required)
· Willing to adapt new IT skills in a global environment
