Job Summary: The IC-5 application engineer will play a critical role in a team responsible for managing over 300 integrations across 90+ internal and external systems. This role is responsible for understanding business requirements and driving the creation of scalable system integration designs. The application engineer will lead delivery and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, offshore development teams. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and strategically minded, with a passion to root out system issues and deploying permanent solutions. This senior level employee is primarily responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions, for contributing to and leveraging the technical direction for the development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions, and for serving as a technical expert for project teams while providing consultation to help ensure new and existing software solutions are developed. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
