ISV Business Operations Manager
ISV Business Operations Manager Job Description: The ISV Business Operations Manager is responsible for tracking, planning, and supporting the execution of ISV revenue across Sage North America. This role involves capturing, building, and analyzing data from different parts of the business, as well as providing recurring and ad-hoc insights and tracking field execution to achieve the region’s potential. The ISV Business Operations Manager will work closely with sales, commercial operations, product marketing. *This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Atlanta office* Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Revenue Tracking and Planning: Monitor and plan ISV revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Data Analysis: Capture, build, and analyze data from various business segments to provide actionable insights. • Field Execution Tracking: Track and support field execution to ensure the achievement of regional revenue potential. • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, commercial operations, product marketing, and commercial partners teams to drive ISV business growth. • Insights and Reporting: Provide recurring and ad-hoc insights and reports to support decision-making processes. • Strategy Communication: Articulate, communicate, and track information and strategy across cross-functional teams. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role. • Skills: o Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. o Strong organizational and project management skills. o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
