Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Information System in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:Manage and coordinate daily mobile telephony operations to ensure prompt user support, effective incident resolution, and efficient troubleshooting across designated regions.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and end users to deliver high customer satisfaction and seamless fulfillment of service requests, including proactive support for mobile application management and troubleshooting.Evaluate supplier performance, lead initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, and implement process improvements to optimize costs and elevate service delivery standards.Review requirements and specifications, identifying and addressing those within your scope of responsibility to continuously improve mobile service processes.


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Telephony or a related field.5+ years of work experience with mobile (telephony) service and team management.Demonstrated expertise and enthusiasm in working with leading mobile telephony tools, methodologies, and industry best practices within the telecommunications sector.You are innovative and passionate about leveraging key soft skills.Customer focused mind set.Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills.
