**Job Description​** Saint Luke's in Kansas City is seeking a IS Site Analyst II position to support facility operations at Saint Luke's Hospital. **Shift:** Monday- Friday **Ideal candidate will have Site Staff/IT Desktop experience.** Responsibilities: + Responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager. + Assists the Site Manager, as a technical resource, in the IS operations of one or multiple sites as assigned. + Serves as a technical leader on simple to medium projects as assigned. + Assists with mentoring new analysts and technicians. + Represents the Site Manager or other more senior staff on project teams as assigned. + Performs troubleshooting on all Level 2 problem calls received from the Client Support Center at assigned sites. + Client focused position to support voice and data system installations, upgrades and problem resolutions. + Maintains sufficient inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware for computer operations. + Maintains hard drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site. + Provides advice and assistance to end users on the effective utilization of desktop applications.
