This role ensures that all incoming materials, orders, and documentation are accurately recorded and maintained to support smooth inventory and accounting workflows. Skills and Requirements Receive, review, and accurately enter invoice information into internal systems. Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical copies of invoices and related documents. Match invoices with packing slips, purchase orders, or receiving records for verification. Assist with tracking incoming shipments and logging inventory updates. Communicate with internal teams (purchasing, accounting, warehouse staff) to resolve discrepancies. Support general stockroom tasks, such as maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring proper labeling of documents and materials. Assist with periodic audits of invoice records and stockroom documentation. Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards when handling financial documentation. Manufacturing background
